'Blog War' Day 3 - Rollagraph

best-advice-rollagraph-card

"I’m sure you will be excited to hear that we have accepted your project to be added to our 3 Customer Events project collection."

Yesterday I received an e-mail from Kaszazz, I am very excited!! My second project I have submitted to Kaszazz has been accepted. Yippee!!!

Hey Cheryl - my name is finally up in lights :) x

The card (above) I created today was so easy to make & looks so much nicer in real life. I have decided to submitt this one to Kaszazz next, fingers crossed I have success with this one too!

Cheers, Tina

'Blog War' Day 2 - Rollagraph

daisy-border-rollagraph1

Today I have used the Daisy Border Large Rollagraph. On the Bahama Bazzill I embossed the daisies in copper, & rolled the daisies onto vellum. I hand inked the roller with a Sapphire Silk Colour Box MetalXtra ink pad, it has a nice shimmer to it, that doesn't really show up in the photo. I have used Chestnut Roan Fluid Chalk with stamps from the Family Names set. I also embossed Aunty in copper, added four copper eyelets to the corners of the Bahama Bazzill & used a wood spice card from the Castaway card pack.

Easter Box

easter-paper-mache-box

After seeing Lauren's cute little Easter Boxes I just had to create one!! The problem I had was drawing the cute little face. I punched out about 20 circles before I was happy with this face. Such a perfectionist some times. An idea I have - if I make anymore boxes I am going to stamp just the face of the new Peek-a-boo Bunny Stamp, so much easier!!

Check out Lauren's Blog: http://papercrafts-in-paradise.blogspot.com

'Blog War' Day 1 - Rollagraph

stampin-safari-card

I have created this Kids Birthday Card using the "Stampin Safari" Rollagraph. This weeks product choice is going to be great for me. I have had my large Rollagraph for years & have only made wrapping paper so far with it!! Looking forward to creating this week.

'Blog War' Day 4 - 2 & 3 Step Stamping

many-thanks-tag

I received my order yesterday &  I am so excited .... I now have my (A-2-Z) A to Z Scrapbooking Kit. Can't wait to start putting it together!! If you would like to learn more about this fabulous kit, please check it out here www.kaszazz.com/a-2-z

I will keep you posted as I put my kit together.

The tag I have created today is very simple but effective. I have stamped the Folk Hearts Small from the three step stamps, & the Folk Heart Large from the two step stamps. These stamps can be purchased together or individually. I have added the Swirl stamp over the edge & sponged around the edge with the same colour. I have used 3 colours of Fluid Chalk, Maroon, Wisteria, & Lavender. The Many Thanks, I have used my Coal Black Ancient Page inkpad. I have finished with a Polka Dot Brad & a piece of discontinued ribbon (oops). You can find all the current ribbon range on page 51 - 52 of the Kaszazz Catalogue & Project Book. There are heaps to choose from!! The ribbons can be purchase individually or in theme packs, which contain 6 different designs, each piece is 2 metres in length. These ribbon theme packs co-ordinate with all the Scrapbook Paper ranges.

Place an order with me & receive a tag I've created stampled to your product order bag. A little Thank You from me. You then have a tag that you can use at a later date. Below is a picture of the tag my customers received yesterday with their order.

Cheers, Tina

I've joined the 'Blog War'

Today is my first post for the 'Blog War'

The 'Blog War' was started by two Kaszazz Consultants, Keta & Lauren. I have been watching all the girls blogs who are participating in the 'Blog War' for the past month. I have found all their projects so inspiring that I have decided to join in!

About the 'Blog War':

Chosen each week is a Product of the Week (PoW) & each Blog War Participant creates a card or scrapbook page with the same product or technique. By the end of the week, each Blog Participant will have produced 5 different projects (Mon - Fri) using Kaszazz products.

You can WIN a prize by:

To be in the running to win a prize from me, you must leave a comment on the created item for that week (PoW only). The more times you comment each week the more entries you get in the draw. All comments must be left by Sunday. I will announce the winners on my Blog the following Monday.

I have a list of all the 'Blog War' participants to the right of screen, don't forget to check out their Blogs too.

Any questions please contact me.

'BLOG WAR' DAY 3 - Two & Three Step Stamping

 many-thanks-card

Today I used the purple card from the Funky Asst Card Pack, stamped the large solid frangipani on white bazzill, & the outline large frangipani once on vellum. I scored 1cm in around the edge of the card to give it a border. I then masked the edge of the score line with paper & stamped 3 more outline frangipani's onto the purple card. I punched a whale circle out of white bazzill & trimmed the bottom off of it. Then stamped many thanks, & added the ribbon & the bling. The ink colours I used were Wisteria & Chestnut Roan Fluid Chalk.

Chalking Card & Chalk Sets

chalking-card1

I have created a  rainbow on this card by blending colours from the Basic Brights Chalk Set. I first cut a circle template & then used a cotton ball to shade the colours of chalk across the top of the template to create the rainbow arch.

Beware: You may end up singing, "red & yellow & pink & green, purple & orange & blue .... I can see a rainbow, see a rainbow, as I did while making this card!! :)

Naomi & I had a bit of a laugh at Team Training.  Naomi was showing us all a demonstration on how to use the new Ink Blending Tool, & how she created the background clouds in her 2H Workshop WhimsicalLove - Page & Pocket Pieces. We both suggested how easy it would be to create a Rainbow with this technique & then add one of our rainbow themed stamps!! How easy would that be. We had a laugh as to who would place a project on their blog first. The only problem I have is .... I don't have any of the new products yet!! :(

I decided to use my chalk set & create a rainbow, using the same idea.

Looking forward to your creation Naomi x

Kaszazz has five different coloured chalk sets. You can check them out on page 62 of the Kaszazz Catalogue & Project Book & page 64 of the Catalogue using the link to the right of screen. They come in a sturdy tin case, & each set comes with 30 magnificent coloured chalks, an applicator & reusable pom poms which make the chalks so easy to work with. They cost $31.95. Kaszazz also have a number of Chalking Accessories that can also be viewed these pages.

"I Will" Journal

i-will-journal

I created this journal last year to assist with my Weight Loss Journey. We have a pledge that we say at the beginning of each meeting. I printed it on some cardstock an stuck it on the inside of the cover. I have used the Ebony & Ivory Scrapbooking Papers for this project.

Consultants - For the pages I used the template from the Business Journal that was given to us all at Adelaide Conference 2008.

This journal can be created by yourself for any goals you may have. A "Gratitude Journal" would be another nice idea.

Seahorse Card

It's been raining a little today, a perfect day to sit inside & create. I looked again at everyone's blogs who are competing in the BLOG WARS and was inspired by Jo's Distressed Ink Creation - Day 4. I love the beach & blue & green are two of my favourite colours. Below is what I came up with.

I created some seaweed behind the seahorse by stamping the stems ONLY of the Long Stemmed Daisies stamp. I just inked up the stems & not the flowers, and got the result I was looking for.

Stamp - Calendar

stamp-calendar

Last year in August my little Niece was born. This is the card I made for her & her parents. I have used the Stamp-Calendar on this card. I stamped it twice & cut out the actual date she was born then magic mounted them on to the card. I printed her name on a white piece of card stock for that extra person touch.

Kaszazz has a great range of label un-mounted stamps, great for calendars, as well as scrapbooking & card making. These include Label Numbers, Label Days & Label Months. You can find all these products on page 112-113 of the Kaszazz Catalogue & Project Book. Please check out the link  for the Kaszazz Product Catalogue to the right of  screen, you can find them on page 114 there.

Brag Book - Rustic

rustic-brag-book

I made Bev (our 10 Year Graduate) at Weight Watchers this Brag Book. I used papers from the Rustic Scrapbooking Range.

Kaszazz has Brag Book Kits which you can order through me, they come in the themes of Baby Boy, Baby Girl, Christmas, & Family. They are $19.95 per kit.

Once you have purchased a Brag Book Kit, you then have the template to create as many Brag Books as you like, in whatever papers you desire.  I have created with the Rustic Scrapbooking Papers above & below.

I have used a couple of little silver embellishments & coffee stamp, which are not Kaszazz products, just look past them, contraband!! :)

That is ME!! on the right, & the lovely Bev, Weight Watchers Champion!! next to me. She cried when I gave her this special present.

Cheers, Tina

PS: to all of you heading to Conference this weekend, have a fabulous time!! without me :(   xx

Ebony & Ivory Cards

ebony-ivory

I made these two cards for ladies at my Weight Watchers group. One of the ladies celebrated her 10 Year Graduation. 10 Years being with-in 2kgs of her goal weight, at true acheivement!!! Congratulations Bev xx I included a photo of Bev & our Club President in these cards, & gave it to them as a little gift. They loved them.

Naomi Elliot's 2 Hour Workshop (2H110) Ebony & Ivory Elegance Cards was my inspiration for these cards. You can check out her cards for this workshop on page 135 of the current Kaszazz Catalogue & Project book.

Customers, if you are interested in hosting this workshop, please contact me.

Becky Bear Cards

becky-bear-large-cards

The card I have created on the left I saw on Keta's blog, she had used the Old Bear Large Stamp. I don't have him so I made it up using  my Becky Bear Large. She is just adorable!!

The card on the right, I have stamped Becky Bear with Coal Black Ancient Page, gave her some life by shading her with Basic Bright Chalks. I stamped congratulations script, then mounted them over coloured cardstock, added a piece of White Swirl Organdy & a little contraband embellishment.

CONTRABAND, a word I use for, NON-KASZAZZ Product.

Please check out Keta's Blog: www.ketaskaszazz.blogspot.com

LYRA Aquacolor Crayons

I couldn't wait to get my Aquacolor Crayons once I ordered them. I find it very relaxing at night stamping some images on white cardstock. While the family is watching tv, I sit & colour in. I make them into cards at a later date when I have time. I have used the "Stamp - Skater Boy" on these cards, he is so cute, another one of my favourites.

 aquacolor-boys-cards1

Making cards is a  great way of using up all your bits & pieces of scrapbooking paper. I used scrap bits of the "All Boy!" SB Papers & some printed vellum for these cards.

aquacolour-boys-cards

Below, I created a couple of girls birthday cards. I used Ice Stickles to add a little sparkle to them. I enjoy making "Girlie" things, having two boys is doesn't happen very often. I used scraps for these also.

aquacolor-girls-cards

My inspiration for these little gift cards below came from Naomi Elliott.... Thanks Naomi. They measure 9cm x 9cm. I have used the two new SB Scrapbooking paper ranges for these. The SB Scrapbooking ranges are called My Girl & My Boy, they can be found in the Jan 09 Kaszazz New Product Flyer. Making Gift Cards is another great way to use up your odds & ends.

All Boy! Patches

all-boy-patches1

My youngest son Tyler has been riding his "Ripstik" everyday since Christmas. Sonya Edwards .... (2H) Workshop, All Boy! Patches was perfect for my photo's. I replaced some of the All Boy! Stamp set Sonya used with others from the Belmont Foam Stamps. I finished off the layout by running a piece of vellum through my printer for my journaling.

ATC - Artist Trading Cards

my-first-atc4

I have just discovered ATC's, and love them! I've joined a club with Kaszazz Consultants and I can't wait to get creative & start trading with others. If you would like to get creative & trade Artist Trading Cards with your friends, Kaszazz has the perfect ATC Stamp for you. It's HUGE! a full A4 sized un-cut stamp. Full of names, quotes, symbols & tags.

Above - This ATC - Getaway, is my very first creation. The "Shell Border" is my favourite stamp at the moment, and it is one of the newest design's which can be found in the Kaszazz - New Jan 09 Product Flyer.

Below - I have covered a folder to create an "ATC Gallery" to store all of my cards. The ATC's are a perfect size to fit into plastic trading card sleeves, I picked up 10 for $5 at a Newsagency.

If you would like any information about ATC's or wish to join a Trading Club, please contact me.
